Skin Pass Mill
Features:
Two Types of Skin Pass Mills are Available: 2-Hi and 4-Hi.
Skin Pass Mill is used for the Flattening of the Coil after Annealing. It is used to improve the mechanical performance of the coil, increase the surface hardness, Strength and elasticity, so that the coil can have good deep drawing performance, good shape and cleanness.
4-Hi Skin Pass Mill for Medium and Wide Precision Coil is equipped with AGC Press Down System, Pass Line Automatic Adjustment System; Work Roller is with Hydraulic Counter Bending Electrohydraulic Servo System, S Roller, Anti-Wrinkle Roller and Anti-Bouncing Rollers are installed in the front and rear of the Machine.
Threading is automatic.
Computer is for online control, Constant Ductility, Constant Rolling Force, Constant Roller Gap and Constant Tension can be realized.
Work Flow:
De-Coiler --- Hydraulic Shear --- Entry S Roller --- Entry Anti-Wrinkle Roller --- 4-Hi Skin Pass Mill --- Exit S Roller --- Re-Coiler
